Stop Relax Take in the Moment

Just as we humans are very sensitive to energies, coffee is no different!  

So we surround our beans with love and positive vibrations always.

Happiness only please.  

No anger, stress or fear in here...you can hang those emotions up on the hooks outside the roastery! 

There is always music playing while we work and we often stop to soak our beans in a sound bath from our huge gongs and Tibetan singing bowls.  

Before each roasting session, we meditate around the green beans. 

We actively invoke their highest energetic signatures, drawing out the purity of each origin.  

When roasting, our intention is to create an energetic symbiosis between the beans, Ivor (our roaster) and us.  

 Coffee is delicate and intricate dance between art and science.
