We are deeply grateful to so many wonderful people who have assisted us on this amazing journey.  

A huge thanks to our patient and supportive family and friends who have been cheering us on from all corners of the world. 

We have also been blessed to find such helpful neighbours, tradespeople and business professionals who have held our hands through all the tricky moments of setting up a new business.  

We simply couldn’t have done it without you!

• Nick from S’trebla Coffee, for the endless support, guidance and encouragement with all things roasting. You are our GURU and a dear friend. 
• To Dan (the coffee man) of Northern Edge Coffee for your inspiration and countless hints and tips. You are a super star!
• Conna the bestest babysitter for our furry friends.  Without her, we would never have been able to take that very first trip to Wales!!
• Tony and Kevin, who did a great job on the conversion of our garage.
• Rich from Beacon Stoves and his wonderful guys Sean and Brian, for installing Ivor's flue – they did a superb job.
• Henry and the lads at Teifi Valley Building Supplies, for answering our endless stream of numpty questions about all things DIY!
• Dilwyn, Gill and Aled, for being such helpful neighbours with the nail-biting  job of getting ‘Ivor the Engine’ off the lorry, up the lane and into the roastery.  A special mention goes to Aled for his precision driving of the JCB!
• Pelin from Kuban Roasters in Turkey, for holding our hand through the nerve-wracking process of choosing Ivor then reassuring us during the long waiting process!
• Karl (and the team) at Ashmole & Co., Accountants, Cardigan
• Algrano and Falcon for keeping us supplied with our green coffees.
• Alison (and Joe), Romy and Mouse, for great input, advice and encouragement with our packaging design.
• Dec, for taking us to new frontiers and being the coffee taster extraordinaire!
• Finn from Finn’s Coffee Shop, Carmarthen – The Best Brewed Coffee this side of the Severn Bridge!  His sampling and feedback of Bluestones Coffee was one of the most memorable and emotional moments along the way!!
